With a BBA in Marketing from Texas A&M University, Glenda is always ready to help her clients have a successful home buying experience. She received her Real Estate license in 2002, but has been working in the industry, with her own rental properties, since 1996.  

Glenda Winburn was born in Houston and grew up in the Spring Branch area.  After receiving her BBA, Glenda worked in the mortgage industry for 7 years and in the title industry for 2 years.  This gives her great knowledge about the entire home buying process and her clients benefit from that knowledge.  In 2007, Glenda opened her own Real Estate firm.  After several years of doing it all, she decided to go back to doing what she loved, selling houses and working with one of her mentor.

In 2016, Glenda wanted to concentrate on providing her clients the best customer service.  She believes providing the agents the support they need allows them provide the clients the exceptional customer service they need and deserve.  She opened Porchlight Realtors, a boutique agency in the heart of the Heights.  She views the agents as part of her work family who are all enthusiastic about their work.  
 
Glenda is a broker, Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), a Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS) and a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES).
 
When Glenda is not working with clients and agents, she spends her time with her two children, Christa and MacKay.  You may catch them at a Houston Astros game or at Blue Bell Park supporting the Aggies baseball team. During the fall you may see them at the St. Thomas High School football game.
