Clayton Morgan is a native Texan who grew up in a small North Texas town near Wichita Falls. Being part of a large family provided for plenty of diversity and "training" for the vast array of clients that Realtors meet every day. Clayton earned a bachelor's degree in Finance, which transitioned into a successful banking/mortgage career that would ultimately evolve into a more fun and creative livelihood ... selling real estate.
Moving to Houston in 1993, Clayton made it his mission to learn as much as possible about many of the local communities and neighborhoods. From the eclectic mix of Inner Loop and Heights homes, to the master-planned areas of Sugar Land, Spring, Cypress, Baytown and Tomball, he has traversed Houston without hesitation; providing the professionalism and knowledge expected of a Texas Realtor.
Clayton started his Real Estate career in 2007 after a 22-year stint in banking and mortgage lending. Along with his expertise in mortgage lending, documentation, loan servicing, compliance, and the closing and funding process, he offers substantial experience in home staging, re-design, and "recycling" old or outdated properties. These qualities, along with Clayton's patience, determination and persistence, are priceless to sellers!
Music has been a very influential part of Clayton's life as well. He spent over 15 years sharing through music as pianist at his hometown church and another six years here locally at a large church in Northwest Houston. These talents, among others, make Clayton a wonderful Realtor choice for your next home buying (or selling) experience!
Of course, family is a priority for Clayton. His family life includes two outstanding Welsh Terriers, Baxter and Kirby.
